According to the Fundamental Law of Hungary, NJC supervises the central administration of the courts, and participates in the administration of the courts.<\/p>\n
The duties of NJC are defined by the cardinal act on the organisation and administration of courts (Act CLXI of 2011) in the following areas: operation of the general central administration, budget issues, statistical data collection and workload measurement, human resource and training.<\/p>\n
